It had always been Leyla Moghadam’s dream to open her own shop and bring high fashion to Monaco.  After graduating in Fashion Marketing Leyla had stints at DKNY New York and Harvey Nichols London

“Growing up in Monaco I found it difficult to indulge my taste in high fashion.  I felt there was a real niche for the amazing new talent I was accustomed to whilst living in New York and London.  Thus I felt it was my duty to open a store and promote these designers in my hometown. I didn’t want to open just another generic multi-brand store and developed a unique concept, with the old school saying customer is king”.

Due to a high demand in telephone and email orders, and her own love of internet shopping Leyla decided what better way to service demand than setting up an e-shop and workinprogress-mc.com was born!
